Meyer Sound, Pearson Theatre
The 57-seat Pearson Theatre at the Meyer Sound headquarters provides a unique multipurpose venue to support film screenings, musical events, presentations and training seminars. Based upon years of research by the company founder, John Meyer, the room was created to be the finest and most acoustically adaptable space possible. Equipped with a state-of-the-art Meyer Sound EXP loudspeaker system and a Meyer Sound Constellation Acoustic system, the room can be adapted to almost any use without compromising quality.
Auerbach Glasow provided architectural lighting for the venue. The side and back walls were illuminated to highlight the extensive use of natural wood. The audience chamber and stage were illuminated with an intentionally large amount of beam spread overlap for a soft, even quality of light. The fixtures can be dimmed in carefully selected zones to allow for maximum adaptability in this flexible theatre.
