Matsuri Restaurant

Auerbach Glasow provided architectural lighting design for the 83-seat restaurant featuring Japanese cuisine located in The Grand Hyatt Santiago. The project was an adaptive re-use of a former gallery and incorporates elements of Japanese design with booth seating, sushi and teppanyaki bars and private tatami rooms.
