Esplanade Phase Two Planning Study

Auerbach Pollock Friedlander collaborated with The Esplanade Co. Ltd., Arts Management Consultant AEA Consulting, and Cost Consultants Davis Langdon & Seah on a study for the planning of the development of the second phase expansion of the Esplanade by the Bay including programming, site planning, development of performance spaces, opinion of construction cost, analysis of needs and funding options.  The planned expansion features two new, smaller theatres, and rehearsal and training studios with a focus on serving local performers and organizations.  The Phase Two Planning Study responds to the success of the existing complex and meets future programming requirements set forth by the client.  Since opening in 2002, the Esplanade complex has become an internationally-recognized performing arts venue offering a wide range of entertainment.
