This contemporary 19-story office tower incorporates the landmark 1923 San Francisco Mining Exchange Building as its primary entrance.

The historic exchange hall is a grand lobby for the office building and a mid-block link connecting Bush and Pine Streets. Feature lighting includes the lighting of the historic façade, renovation of the Mining Exchange laylights and the lighting coves in the complex geometric ceiling of the contemporary lobby.
