Bristlecone Ballroom
The Bristlecone Ballroom located on Level One provides 51,561 square feet of meeting space seating up to 5,100 persons in theatre mode. The room is divisible into as many as 10 separate segments; all segments provide a clear ceiling height of 24’ - 3”.

Rapid load-in is provided via dedicated truck docks located immediately adjacent to the ballroom. With carpet protection installed, full size loaded trucks may be driven directly on to the ballroom floor. Dual “Megavator” freight elevators provide for direct loading access to the over-ceiling concealed catwalk system.

A fully-equipped stage is provided with a proscenium opening of 22 feet 6 inches high by 48 feet wide; with the stage ceiling 49’ - 11” above the stage floor. All of the stage rigging is automated, including the main curtain, four dedicated electric battens, and 21 general purpose battens each 58 feet long. A full complement of stage draperies is provided.

Event rigging provisions within the ballroom are fully integrated into the ceiling design. In excess of 300 concealed hatches provide access to rigging beams located in the catwalk space above. Lighter weight decorative and signage elements may be supported from approximately 7,000 linear feet of load-rated strut integrated into the ceiling.

Ballroom stage lighting provisions include four on-stage dedicated electric battens, two on-stage side lighting galleries and three front-of-house stage lighting positions are integrated into the ballroom ceiling. Theatrical purpose lighting distribution is available concealed throughout the ballroom ceiling to provide for decorative lighting of dining tables and décor elements. A full complement of conventional and moving lights is available.

The stage, theatrical purpose, architectural and decorative lighting control systems are integrated and managed as a cohesive whole. The lighting controls are logically segmented to coordinate with the ballroom operable partitions and the individual cove elevations of the ceiling. Controlled architectural loads include dimmed halogen downlights, dimmed halogen decorative chandeliers, dimmed linear fluorescent cove fixtures, dimmed LED wall art elements, relay switched fluorescent and HID work lights, and relay switched fluorescent “blue light” running lights. Two dimmer rooms located at the ballroom catwalk level provide for efficient load distribution to the ballroom stage, theatrical purpose and architectural lighting loads.

For basic meetings, load-in, load-out and cleaning, the lighting controls are interfaced to operate from local touchpanels and by a “snapshot” memory system. For large, complex events, all of the stage and architectural lighting can be operated by one or more theatrical lighting memory control consoles located at any desired position in the ballroom.

Pinyon Ballroom
The Pinyon Ballroom also located on Level One provides 38,301 square feet of meeting space seating up to 3,800 people in theatre mode. The room is divisible into as many as eight separate segments; all segments provide a clear ceiling height of 24’ 3”.

The stage provides identical size, layout and equipment to that in the Bristlecone Ballroom. Technical support facilities are essentially identical to those of Bristlecone, including two additional dimmer rooms.

Level One Pre-function
At Level One, a pre-function space is shared by the Bristlecone and Pinyon Ballrooms. The pre-function space provides technical support facilities essentially identical to those of the adjacent ballrooms, including concealed heavy load rigging points, strut rigging integrated into the ceiling, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and agile lighting control systems.

Bluethorn Meeting Rooms
The 11 Bluethorn Meeting Rooms are located on Level One. Each room accommodates 70 to 100 people in theatre mode; all have a 14 foot clear ceiling height. Technical provisions in each include strut rigging integrated into the ceiling, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and agile lighting control systems.

Copperleaf Meeting Rooms
The 12 Copperleaf Meeting Rooms are located on Level Two. Each room accommodates 100 to 115 people in theatre mode; all have a 14 foot clear ceiling height. Technical provisions in each include strut rigging integrated into the ceiling, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and agile lighting control systems.

Ironwood Ballroom
The Ironwood Ballroom located on Level Three provides 38,301 square feet of meeting space seating up to 3,800 people in theatre mode. The room is divisible into as many as eight separate segments; all segments provide a clear ceiling height of 24’ 3”.

The stage is nearly identical to the other two. Technical support facilities are essentially identical to those of Bristlecone. Load-in is via dual Megavators to Level Three. Three dimmer rooms at Level Three supply the ballroom stage, theatrical purpose and architectural lighting loads.

Juniper Ballroom
The Juniper Ballroom also located on Level Three provides 20,275 square feet of meeting space seating up to 2,000 people in theatre mode. The room is divisible into as many as four separate segments; all segments provide a clear ceiling height of 20 feet.

Technical support facilities include concealed heavy load rigging points, strut rigging integrated into the ceiling, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and agile lighting control systems.

Level Three Pre-function
On Level Three, a pre-function space is shared by the Ironwood and Juniper Ballrooms. The pre-function space provides technical support facilities essentially identical to those of the adjacent Ballrooms, including concealed heavy load rigging points, strut rigging integrated into the ceiling, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and agile lighting control systems.

Starvine Meeting Rooms
The 13 Starvine Meeting Rooms are located on Level Three. Each room accommodates 100 to 195 people in theatre mode; all have a 14 foot clear ceiling height. Technical provisions in each include strut rigging integrated into the ceiling, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and agile lighting control systems.

Senna and Cottonwood Boardrooms
The Senna and Cottonwood Boardrooms are located on Level Three; each accommodates 24 people in conference mode. Technical provisions in each include strut rigging integrated into the ceiling, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and agile lighting control systems.

Atrium
A three-level atrium provides public circulation to all the meeting facilities. Technical provisions include rigging points, theatrical purpose lighting distribution and sunlight-responding agile lighting control systems.
