Full time entry level position.

Requirements: Architectural lighting education and/or 1 to 2 years experience in the field of architectural lighting design. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, AGI, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite programs plus hand drafting skills a must. Prior experience in a design office, knowledge of lighting products, some theatrical lighting experience, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, 3D Studio Viz and good writing skills are desirable.

Responsibilities: Manual and CAD drafting, computer and “by-hand” photometric calculations, design application and fixture layout, fixture and dimming schedules, contact with manufacturer’s representatives for product information and pricing. Some client contact is also likely.
