YUKIKO YOSHIDA, MIES, LC, IALD
Senior Associate

Yukiko Yoshida joined Auerbach Glasow French in 1995.  Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of design and project management.  Ms. Yoshida’s interest in architectural lighting design developed while working in Japan as an interior designer for a design firm specializing in retail stores and restaurants.

While pursuing her M.S. at Rensselaer, Ms. Yoshida worked as a research assistant on various projects involving human factors in lighting.  This work included extensive research on the effects of reflected glare on the VDT screen in the office environment.

Ms. Yoshida’s background in design and research brings a unique blend of talent to our lighting projects.  She holds a Lighting Certification (LC) from the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions.
